How does the free trial of Feito! Premium work?
+You get 7 days of Feito! Premium for free. During this time, you can try out all the features without any commitment. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your access and data will remain — only the Premium features will be locked again.
Does the app work offline?
+No — Feito! requires an internet connection to function. This ensures that your data stays synced, secure, and up to date across all devices.
What's included in the free plan?
+The free version lets you register 1 child and 1 guardian, create up to 5 daily tasks, and use the points system. The weekly score is partially available — it tracks responsibility based on completed tasks.
What extra features come with Feito! Premium?
+Feito! Premium unlocks the full experience: you can register up to 5 children and 3 guardians, use both points and virtual currency, create and redeem personalized rewards, log behavioral incidents with penalties or restrictions, set daily and special goals, give children their own secure login, receive weekly progress reports by email, and access the full score — including responsibility, happiness, and behavior.
How do rewards work?
+In Feito! Premium, children earn points or virtual currency by completing tasks. These can be exchanged for custom rewards defined by the guardian — like outings, small treats, or even a "hug coupon." Rewards are only available in the Premium version.
How does incident tracking work?
+Feito! Premium lets you log incidents to help track behavioral moments. You can apply penalties like removing points or virtual currency, set restrictions (e.g., no screens for a while), or simply record what happened. This feature is not available in the free version.
What are goals?
+Goals are challenges set for children to complete within a day or by a specific date. They encourage planning, motivation, and follow-through. Goal setting is only available in the Premium version.
How does the score work?
+The score is a weekly indicator based on three areas: responsibility (tasks completed), happiness (rewards redeemed), and behavior (absence of incidents). In the free plan, only the responsibility score is shown.
Can children use the app on their own phones?
+Yes! With Premium, each child can access their own safe area using a secret code (automatically generated) and a special password set by the guardian. There, they can view their tasks, points, virtual currency, score, and any restrictions — and they can check off tasks as they complete them.
How do progress reports work?
+Premium guardians receive a weekly email with highlights of the child's progress: most completed tasks, those that were rarely completed, motivation, behavior, and more. It's a helpful and encouraging way to follow your child's development.
