Why we created Feito!
Feito! was born from our family. We are a couple of parents who, like so many others, face the daily rush: work, home, school, commitments and still the desire to closely follow every step of our child.
In the midst of this routine, we realized how difficult it was to keep everything organized: remembering small tasks, tracking habits and encouraging autonomy without turning it into constant fights or demands. It was from this real experience that the idea of creating an app emerged.
Our goal with Feito! is simple: to offer a practical tool to support parents in building good habits and greater responsibility in children.
The app was designed to be flexible: you can use just tasks or include rewards and occurrences, if you think they make sense for your family. There is no single way to educate β each home has its dynamics, and Feito! was made to adapt to that.
More than an app, Feito! is the result of our own experience as parents. We created something we would have liked to have from the beginning and that today we are happy to share with other families.

At the end of the trial, if you choose not to subscribe, don't worry: your account and registered information remain available, only Premium features will stop working.
Does the Feito! app work offline?
+Currently, Feito! needs an internet connection to work properly, ensuring that data is always saved and up to date.
How does the reward system work in Feito!?
+In Feito! Premium, children can accumulate points or virtual coins by completing tasks. These values can be exchanged for rewards defined by parents, such as outings, treats, or even something symbolic like a "hug voucher".
In the free version, the reward system is not available.
How does behavior tracking work in Feito!?
+In Feito! Premium, you can record behavior incidents and, if desired, apply penalties such as loss of points, coins, or temporary restrictions (for example, limiting screen time). You can also just note what happened to track later.
This feature is not available in the free version.
What are goals in Feito!?
+Goals are targets you create for children to achieve. They can be daily or special (with a defined deadline) and help encourage consistency and planning.
This feature is only available in Premium.
How does the child's score work in Feito!?
+Feito! automatically calculates a score based on three pillars: responsibility (completed tasks), happiness (redeemed rewards), and behavior (absence of incidents).
In the free version, only the responsibility score is available.
Can children access the Feito! app on their phone?
+Yes! In Feito! Premium, each child can have their own login with a secret code and password created by the guardian. In the child's area, they find their tasks, score, coins, points, and restrictions, being able to mark activities as completed simply and safely.
How do I cancel my Feito! subscription?
+The Feito! subscription is managed by Google Play. You can cancel anytime by following these steps on your phone:
1- Open the Google Play Store app.
2- Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
3- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" then "Subscriptions".
4- Find the Feito! subscription and tap "Cancel subscription".
How do I request a refund for my Feito! subscription?
+Feito! refunds are processed directly by Google Play and can only be requested through the website. To do this:
1- Go to play.google.com.
2- Click on your profile picture (top right corner).
3- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" β "Order history & budget".
4- Find the purchase you want to return and click "Report a problem".
5- Select the option that describes your situation.
6- Fill out the form indicating that you want to request a refund.
7- Click Submit.
