By using the Feito! app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our app.
2. Service Description
Feito! is a mobile app that helps families organize household tasks, establish reward systems, create goals, and track children's behavior in an educational and collaborative way. The app offers a free version with basic features and Feito! Premium with advanced resources through subscription.
3. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility
The app is intended for use by families with children. Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the app's use by children and must supervise its utilization. For children with their own app access, guardians must properly configure permissions and accessible content.
4. Appropriate Use
You agree to use Feito! only for family organization and children's education, in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other families' data or unauthorized systems
• Interfere with the normal functioning of the app
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content to children
• Use the app for excessive or invasive monitoring of children
5. Intellectual Property
Feito! and all its content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are exclusively owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
6. Feito! Premium - Subscription and Payments
Feito! Premium is a subscription service that unlocks advanced features:
• Up to 5 children and 3 guardians
• Unlimited daily tasks
• Virtual money system
• Personalized goals and objectives
• Child login area for phone users
• Behavioral occurrence tracking
• Cloud sync and advanced reports
Pricing and Payment:
• Subscription prices vary by country and are managed by Google Play Store
• You can view the exact price before confirming your subscription in the store
• Monthly and annual plan options available
• Free trial: 7 days no commitment
• Payments processed via Google Play Store
• Auto-renewal (can be canceled anytime)
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Privacy and Family Data
The use of personal and family data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We strictly follow GDPR for protection of children's and families' data. Data is shared only among authorized members of the same family within the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
Feito! is a family organization support tool and is provided "as is". We are not responsible for educational or family decisions made based on app usage. The app does not replace professional guidance on child education or family development matters.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Feito! at any time, with or without prior notice.
10. Termination and Data Deletion
You may stop using Feito! at any time and request complete deletion of family data. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, always respecting data protection rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the new terms.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
